A little explanation before I continue....

So, something that needs to be explained before I get into the events of the weekend is the value of food to this family.  Eating is something that is done constantly.  Time is not a factor; if people are up, food will be served.  It's kind of like Las Vegas where you have no concept of time.  When we eat, a LOT of food is served!  Cooking for an army is what these folks do.  Having seconds is required.  So, that gives a little insight into some of the upcoming entries.
