Schipol Airport on December 20th

Ed at the airport.  He is pretty proud of his baseball jersey that he had made after the World Baseball Classic this year.  Everyone loved it!

These are pictures from the arrival of Marsha, Bill, Andy, Mary, and Carrie.  We forgot to take any when we arrived.  Everyone in these pictures are part of our family....airport arrivals are a big deal.  Everyone comes to greet you at the airport.  It's so much fun and reminds of me of the old days when you could meet someone at the gate when they arrived.  Of course, we can't meet at the gate, but it's still fun!

These are the doors that we came out of after going through customs and getting our luggage.  Cute!

Here is our luggage.  We get made fun of a lot for the amount of luggage that we bring but I am all about being prepared and this winter weather requires bulky clothes.

Here we are greeting the AZ/CA gang that was stranded in London for a night:

Now, we wait for Geoff and Renee to arrive tonight.  More family will come over and we will eat and visit, which is what most of this trip will consist of.  It's so much fun to watch everyone catch up on lost time and tell stories.  I am even starting to pick up a little Dutch after 12 years in this family.  Don't ask me to speak any, but I can follow little conversations here and there.  Someday, I will learn it!

More to come....we are going to take some snowy pictures later today.
